Refund policy


We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or dead on arrival (DOA), we will gladly provide a replacement in accordance with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days receiving the item.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence showing the defect or damage.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if required by the RMA process).

Once your RMA request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the faulty item (if necessary), and a replacement will be shipped out promptly.

Important Notes:

  • Replacements are issued for defective or DOA items only.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or misuse.

  • Shipping costs for the return (if applicable) may be covered depending on the case.
